Lets start off item # 1
In the sales box is a prim you place on your land, then you place the rez box on top of the prim to get the correct height.
2nd, On the DJ booth is a prim in the middle, when you have a DJ working, just edit that center prim, Place his pic in the content tab, then from that point on you add all your dj's pic's, then touch the prim to bring up the DJ who is working. (Texture Changer)
Nothing is linked to the main building, so persay if you want to make copies of any chair or table you can do so.
Plenty of room to add more ideas of your own, and just a amazing 123 prims after the rez box is taken back

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezzed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
