Universal Speedometer + Region change info HUD V9

Excelent Hud for ballooning, bikers, motor and race cars.
The beam gets longer the faster you go.
The auto-scale selects the best scale and prevents that the beam gets too long.
The scale can also set manualy:
0-5m/s 0-55m/s 0-250m/s and above 350m/s you get a warning for end of scale.
Choose text and beam in 4 colors.
Touch (tap) in 3 colors.
Choose conversion type in: m/s - km/h - mph or all.
When you cross a sim border the region name appears in the chat bar.
Region names can set on or off.
The balloon is not included.
