This Simple two-storey house, only 20m x 10m is ideal for 512 plot of land with only 40 prims and now comes with privacy windows using a simple menu system.
I have also updated the textures of the house, though as before these are modifiable if there are any you want to replace. (Note: although the house says No Modify, this is only applies to the scripts in the windows).
The house comes as one object except for the Front Door which needs to be installed after the house has been positioned. IM me if you need any help with this.
