Excellent product, excellent customer service
The piano is beautifully made, but it arrived as "no copy," which made it useless for my purposes. However Amadeo, the designer, contacted me immediately and sent me a copyable version. You can't argue with that level of customer care! I should mention that in addition to everything else, the piano's LOD is superb!
