Very good.
The picture of the building on this ad doesn't do it justice.
The building looks much better in-world. I am satisfied with it.
It is a good size, low prim & the door scripts work as they should.
However, the announcement of avatars opening the door really isn't necessary...& quite frankly becomes annoying.
