Richly textured 10x14 urban brick store with high ceiling for easy cam. Only 21 prims. Building contains sculpty frame and window and comes with sculpty shelves. Best of all it's copy/mod and comes packed in a faux-rez.

Looks nice, fits to urban/realistic scene. Low prim. Well worth of the price. The shelf in the back did not fit to my style, but was one click to remove it. I recommend.

Top for fillers and for small store
Very happy with this one , will put a special line item in it for sales but also good for a filler with my urban land .
