The smaller more Prim friendly version of my larger clocktower. The build is Copy Mod. Oh yes the clock actually tells time!!!!
A little over a 20 Meterx20 meter foot print standing at appx 30 meters tall. Lots of effort went into the trim of this build much like its darker larger cousin.

Pretty good...
Lots of external detail. Looks great in world. Big problem is that it's not really "small" - and nor is the prim count (at about 286 prims in 3 linked parts). I do like the fact it's mod which means you're able to strip extra prims if you need to and shrink it as I did. Clock works and the fact you can climb it to the roof is a plus. Not sure if it's worth the 1000L but having said that, it's still a great sightseeing build in an urban sprawl.
