There are only 2 scripts in door wings. You can optionally set doors as phantom to completely eliminate bumping into them
Structure is being sold as displayed.
Inside of building is set to full bright for best visual experience, outside is non full bright. Its all modifiable due to perms.
Mesh behavior allows this prim count, we have checked with Linden Lab support team and behavior when you add script in mesh structure, it sometimes raises prim count. Thus, until you use save option from rezzer box, you will have more prims showing then actual 105. ( in plain language, when you make mesh build of any type, prim count may raise when you drop script into contents of that mesh, not always, but its normal says LindenLab).
In case of this structure, its low prim may also increase significantly if you unlink all prims, which is also normal cause mesh works that way.
If you leave as is, without any unlinking you got 105 prim functional structure.

Wall textures that come as bonus are with full perms. Use layer options with Photoshop or Gimp layers to make your own texture (example - put included texture as top layer and set linear burn. As bottom layer set texture or color of your choice). Experiment. You can achieve amazing results.
You can also just use SL default coloring system to "tint" textures with great results.

Bonus full perm textures included are NOT to be resold in any case. Purpose of those is ONLY shading/tinting and re texturing of this buildings interior.

To set up your build:

1. Rez the Rez-Faux package - object called Urban Grunge Building by Abiss

2. Take a look at top of package. Layout orientation pitcure is located there. Its how your build will be oriented out of box. Position the package in relative center of parcel.

3. Select "Rez" from the menu. Wait while the entire structure rezzes in a pile and then snaps into position.

4. Move and rotate the Rez-Faux object as you please, and watch the build move to match it.

5. When you're done, click "Save", which will freeze your build into position. You may then delete the Rez-Faux package.

You may also choose to "Store" your build, which, along with saving, will store the position and rotation of every link set in the object's description. You may need this information if the objects "drift".

Troubleshooting
==========

The structure is scrunched against the ground.
If the pieces would end up below the ground, they'll "give up" and sit at ground level. Move or rotate
the Rez-Faux object to lift them out.

The structure is scrunched against the sim border.
If you're at the very edge of the world, the pieces may try to fall off into the void, but they'll stop
themselves before they go that far. Move or rotate the Rez-Faux object away from the edge of the
world to fix this

I lost a piece of the structure!
If your pieces end up over a neighbor's plot with autoreturn on, they may return to your inventory.
Just Derez the structure, move the Rez-Faux object, and re-rez it.
