For those wishing an urban lifestyle, I've created a nice comfortable loft. The ground floor is one large 10x20 space, accessible through twin garage doors that pivot open and closed at the touch. This is a great space for a vending area, with home above. Or as storage for your vehicles.
The second floor is accessible via the rear stairs on the side. Inside is a large loft area. Windows give spacious views around 2 sides. A 3rd half-floor is accessible through the stairs inside. Underneath is a perfect spot for your kitchen. A basic kitchen counter and appliance set is included for free if you wish to place a kitchen here. Above is the prefect spot for a sleeping area. Below, the main living area is open to the roof, giving lots of open space. The windows afford a great view, but the owner can click them and blinds appear giving privacy. Only the owner can open and close the blinds, so snoopers can't open them up to watch you when you want privacy.
Total building prims, including working doors, is 74 prims. Optional kitchen unit is 6 prims. It uses Rezz Foo for quick and easy setup.
