I am a lazy slob. I will paste and edit what I wrote on another building of the same creator: 255 Lindens. It is a steal! I'm a builder myself. I'd charge 1000 for this building. Well, maybe 998. Great alignment. Effective textures. A building with a worne out soul.Can't be anything but 5 star. Or six. Rarely write reviews. Seeen too many overstuffed, overpriced over there builds. I bet the builder has been downtown Boston and seen the warehouses there. THUMBSUP!!!
FINALLY! A builder that has understood ALIGNMENT
Honestly, I did not have too much hope buying what I saw as "yet another warehouse", but what the heck. It was cheap. And I needed one to replace another crappy one that was a triffle too small for my purposes. This one is done sith some REAL BUILDING skills. Very well aligned. No shimmer. Effective prim usage. Fantastic textures. Just had to buy that other building (akersalva(?) from the same builder. Did I like it? See my review.
