The Building comes in 5 styles of external texture, but only one internal texture style. Obviously you can change any signage if you don't want to use it as a pizzeria. A furnished version of this building as a pizzeria is coming soon.

Each style has a version without the awning shadow, in case you do not want to use the awning.

The Building Footprint is: 6.94m x 8.90m

With the exception of the door/window glass and sign, the textures are baked and cannot be altered.

The way the building is made, means you cannot move individual walls as the main structure is a single prim, therefore resizing has to be done as a whole.

By mixing styles and changing signs you effectively have 5 buildings.
