Recently I had to build a city. So I designed on the basis of a prim sculpted prims and two classics.
The result is a city lamppost with only 3 prims that contains a script that detects day and night and switched on or off the lamp (including halo).
This script can be turned off and the lamp switched to manual mode, by touching the lamp.

One of the best urban lamppost on sl for a very cheap price.
