The Urban Development Kit is a modular “city-in-a-box”. Have you ever wanted to create a “city” sim, different from the suburbia that fill most of Second Life? Or do you need some low-prim buildings to create a decent skyline in your sim's borders? You will find everything you need to build a small city inside this kit, including:

- Commercial and utility buildings
- Street furniture. Many different items, organized in categories
- A modular street system

The Downtown Avenue set is an expansion to the original Downtown Set, and they can both be used at the same time, mixing buildings and furniture in your cities. It can also be used as a standalone pack. The pack is inspired by Park Avenue, in New York City, USA. It is also the first pack to offer utility buildings, including three very high quality churches.
