Utopia April Malta - Appliers Included!

I usually really like utopia but this dress isnt my fav. Its really pretty yes, but the ribbon needs a resizer script in it, it does not fit properly. I bought this dress when I first joined sl, and never wore it, thinking it was because I didnt know how to make it fit right or edit it correctly. I bought it again today, thinking well this time it should be fine lol. The ribbon is a issue, and needs to be able to be sized.
