This gesture is from the movie V For Vendetta.
It includes the sound and text of the following:
"Remember, remember the 5th of November,
the gunpowder treason and plot.
I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason
should ever be forgot...."
All of the lines are timed to the sounds, and it is copy/modify so you can add some animations to it if you like.
