★The doors are made with the Kool Builder script.
★The house will appear as 'No Mody' in your inventory due to scripts permissions, but will be Copy and Modify when rezzed.
★ Remember, this building is Copy and Mody, so you are free to make any changes you like.

Very good boat house.
I do not share at all the opinion of the previous person who should not know what a rezzer .... the house is pretty, clever to accommodate several boats when you have a small plot at the water's edge (1024 m) and we want a welcoming house, with windows that obscure at the door that we can program and with lighting. In addition, it is possible to make adjustments if you want to improve certain details. good work.
So im a bit mad....
I'm a landscaper and i buy a lot of different houses. This is the first 1,000 dollar home i've ever bought and hated after so long in this game and on different accounts. Not only does it not come pre assembled, to add insult to injury after assembling it, it doesn't even line up right. Also. The textures are not anywhere near this freaking picture. I'm so mad that i wasted this much linden on this thing. And i couldn't even find a place to try and look at it before hand either. :( Not happy. Wish i could have my linden back but not going to be that petty. Do not buy this house.
