★ Take note that the fence and the bushes are only an Add on for the Lodge and they are only Copy and linked together.
★ As this house is mesh made, i recommend you to use Viewer 3 or some else viewer compatible with meshes to see it properly and to don't unlink the mesh if you haven't idea how to set optimizations. Any manipulation in settings (resize, unlink, link) could increase the Land Impact.
