I have had my eye on this apartment, since I saw it at Neo Japan earlier this year. However once the event ended I lost track of it completely. It had stayed in my mind that long, then today I decided to check out Varonis again. I've liked some of their builds in the past, to my surprise and delight, there it was.
I love this build honestly, it's small and cozy, but not too small. It's like that perfect little niche size. The bathroom is very nice, the animations are pretty good. I honestly love it.
I also don't know what the previous review is talking about. The lighting is not too bright or far out, I also do not lag? I don't understand why they where complaining.

A great apartment with a unique and modern design, somewhat easy to mod.

Though noticed an issue with light in this, all lights in the apartment have massive radiuses which causes light to leak trough walls and roofs.

Had to remove most of the invisible light prims to raise framerate and reduce lag.

Otherwise the mesh is perfect and most of the textures.

An update would be needed for this apartment. My suggestion is to reduce the radius of all the light prims, theres no need for 15 meter radiuses, 3 - 5 meter are more than enough.

Should include one without light sources so people can put in their own where they need them, would take less time to mod and fix the issues and or include projector prims in the folder for people to play around with.
