Small houseboat created especially for Tradewinds Yacht Club houseboats exhibition, in january 2016.
Less than 40 prims motorized boat with AVSitter pose system (change pose without standing up).
Made for 2 people (2 beds, 2 sits on sofa, 2 dining chairs, 2 relax poses pack on the front net...).
Easy to use, easy to drive, it can be used even in areas with auto-return parameters beacause of its AVSitter pose system which allows you to go to bed or change pose without standing up.
No need to be in a rezz-allowed area : the pose system doesn't rezz balls.
Boat is mod, then you can repaint it or add your own stuff as you want.
