VGS Television -
A thief can steal things from inside other VGS furnishings, but the television is different. Thieves might actually take the whole set.
They will then have to walk through the street carrying your TV so you have a chance to chase them down or at least find witnessess - with a little luck.
Operation:
The thief will be presented with a dialog menu asking if they actually intend to steal the TV. If they respond yes, they will be given a TV they will need to attach. When they attach it (it is scripted so they will carry it) your set will disappear.
When you want to reset it, simply find the now invisible TV (hold down control+alt+t to see transparent items) and click it. It will then become visible and stealable again.
