This addon is made out of fun for the LH House boat Evening Star.
Prims/LandImpact: 12
All is Mod so you can change with your free LH texture.
You will get a stairs to a second upper floor, where you can put your bedroom or for whatever you like.
It is made with prims (by me) and a mesh stairs & plant, these are availble to use for us fun creators.

On the small picture you can see how. Open your doors, lay rezzer on the inside ground. Have fun.
