The creator probably have no idea of what guys in Romanum do and want:
1) Texture is very simple, no details, low resolution, bad design.
2) Belt is one of the most awful items I saw in SL.
3) Clothes don't fit big avatars
Today the value of an item like this is no more than 80 linden.
Don't buy: are money given to goats.
