This is a rigged mesh item that moves with your avatar and you need a mesh-enabled viewer to use this item, such as the official Second Life Viewer. If you are using a third-party viewer, check its documentation to see if it supports mesh.
Because rigged mesh items can not be resized, we offer them in different sizes. The sizes of most of our items are based on the 'standard sizes'.
