Does not fit snuggly.
For being underwear, there is quite a gap between the mesh and the body. I couldn't actually get it to work underneath any of the clothing I bought.
I assume the creator intended the user to simply walk around in their underwear, but that seems like a great way for sim owners to ban you. If you're just going to be loitering around your own private property, no big deal, it works fine for that. But it's not actual functional underwear.
