Update: due to demands ,there is now a slightly cleaner version included, windows are less weathered and grimy, the roof is less grimy, the main walls are cleaner, and the floor is less grimy. |||
Henderson appliances! Or at least, it used to be. This building has seen better days, with broken floor tiles, stained concrete, and worn down brickwork. Vandals have come, and gone, leaving their mark on the building, in forms of graffiti.
But it still has its uses, perhaps for a shop, maybe a house, or an industrial building? The posibilities are endless!
The building itself is 50 prims, with the unlinked doors, it is 54, remember to rezz this with build mode on, so that you can move the grouped object as you rezz it. =)

Have had this building for around a year now and still love it, thought I'd finally get round to reviewing.
I use it as a dojo and it fits perfectly, great quality and low land impact. Would buy more buildings from this creator no problem.
Price is also very good, I've paid a lot more than this for builds with much less attention to detail

The only thing I will warn those who like to rip apart builds is this creator did a wonderful job in creating a product that isn't a resource hog. On the flip side, the build is in few pieces, making modding difficult. Pure a heads up.

This little shop is done better than a lot of the major designers out there. So many little elements that have the detail many lack. I love the feel of it being lived in and abused a bit. Worth more than the price and would highly recommend to anyone!
