VOC 512 Parcel Island Version 1

I don't usually build prefabs but a friend who owns rental lands (linden lands) have difficulties finding prefabs to fit his lands. So it give me an idea to use my building stuff and create a tree house island that will fit any small parcel. its modifiable and copyable.

This is best for water sims though you can modify it to fit any type of sims.

Good for land owners with 512, 117 prim parcels.

I place an easy step by step instructions inside the folder, please read them before placing any bad reviews on the product.

Contents:
1. realistic Mesh tree house
1. Set of sculpted trees
1 set of small waterfalls
1 set of mesh plants (no mod because the texture i use is rendered and baked just for the plant sets and it wont fit any other textures)
realistic waves
realistic sculpted rocks
sands, you can always use any other texture as long as you know how to. You can rearrange the sand dunes according to your taste and parcel space.
climbable ladder. Just hover to the bottom of the stairs to climb and hover to the top to go down.
The door is set to group but I add a note card setting where you can add people to be added in your hour house.

You can see the demo as well at the VOC Flea market. Go to second floor and you will find a teleporter to prefab station.
