You CAN resize it in any direction, it only requires the minimum building knowledge to do so. The valance and the rod are 2 separate pieces linked together, you just have to "Edit Linked".

The textures are super cute!!
Like most curtains it is two pieces so just edit linked if you need to stretch it to fit your windows!

Just purchased these, Valance Country-Rustic 3 with 8 Textures HUD, and as far as modify.. you can only modify larger/smaller one direction. You can't shrink the valance size to match the width of the windows then shorten them length wise. Made mine slightly larger and it covered half the window. I'm actually sad because I really like the hud and the options in the hud. The textures are wonderful. You just can't size them to fit.
