Originally, I could not use the product due to me not being able to make it smaller than the original size. However, the creator reached out to me and send me a smaller version that I could resize making it bigger and smaller. I would definitely recommend this product due to the quality but also the customer service. Thank you again. :)

I bought this item and the package arrived containing nothing but the unpacker script! I contacted the creator and she happily passed along the missing product. And the balloons look great in my Valentine's Decorations! Thanks!
