THIS IS NOT A TEMP-REZZER. This rezzer is fully compliant with all Linden Lab Covenants (including Bellisseria and other Linden Homes) and most private estate covenants.
This is a sensor-based rezzer which can, technically, be used for any object, though it is designed for vehicles of some kind. The way it works is simple:
1. The sensor scans a 96-meter area for any rezzed object with the same name as the object in the contents.
2. If the object is not found to be rezzed, one will be rezzed; if the object is found to be already rezzed, the timer starts over.
This way, you jump onto your vehicle and drive away. If you crash or lose your vehicle or otherwise do no return it, a new one will be rezzed and waiting for you.
INSTRUCTIONS:

You have multiple scripts to choose from ranging from 10 seconds (10s) all the way up to 24 hours (24h) - NEVER USE MORE THAN ONE SCRIPT IN THE REZZER.

Rez the "Rezzer" box. It is color-codes to help you position it: GREEN face will be the "front" of your vehicle, the BLUE face will be the TOP of your vehicle.
Position and rotate as desired (*any* rotation will work).
Drop your vehicle object into the contents of the rezzer. Your vehicle should rez within 10 Seconds. (Keep the Rezzer edit)
Reposition the rezzer based on how the first rezzing goes. Right, click the vehicle and choose DELETE - CLICK the rezzer box again (so you are editing it).
Repeat this process until you are satisfied with the rezzed position of your vehicle.
DELETE the rezzer script from the rezzer box (only your vehicle should be inside the contents).
Choose the script with the scanning timer duration you want: 10 Seconds up to 24 hours (denotes by s=seconds, m=minutes, h=hours)
Drop your chosen script into the rezzer box.
Go to the TEXTURE tab of the rezzer box, set Transparency to 100.
Done.
NOTE: If preferred, you can use this script in ANY object you choose, though understand that the rezzed object will be at 0,0,0 position and rotation as related to the rezzer object.
SPECIAL NOTE: The timer is the time between scans, not the time-to-rerezzing. If you use a 24 hour timer and drive your vehicle away when the timer is at 23 hours, a new vehicle will be rezzed when the timer hits 24 (one more hour).

The details say there is a rezzer script in the box and multiple time to rez script.
In fact there isn't. There is only one 10s script inside the rezzer.
It rezzes the first time only. If you drive away further than 96m it should rez another copy. It does not.
Good performance and Unbeatable price!
It works precisely as described and instructions are easy to follow, plus the price point can't be beat. Once the sensor does a scan within the chosen timeframe, the same vehicle is rezzed again at the same location. I wanted my vehicle to decorate my parcel as well, and it had to be inclined and positioned in a certain way to fit the dock. This helps with that. The one drawback is that it doesn't keep track of other vehicles already rezzed and doesn't delete them once not in use. However, I did add the 'delete by menu' script from Rasterscans Goodies and placed it inside my ship. It's not as good as auto-delete but it works with this script. Otherwise, the decorative ship would delete as well when not in use. It's not perfect, but it's the only solution I think.

Works exactly as described. Loving begin able to have a new copy of my truck rezed out after driving around the mainland and not wanting to drive all the way back!
