Velocity Aeronautics produced fine aircraft in Second Life from 2008 to 2016. Some of these classics are mesh, some sculpty, and some even prim! Gossem Hinterland and Angus Chrome prided themselves on building planes that could cross in the worst sim conditions!

The legacy aircraft have been listed in the Marketplace to preserve some of these classic builds. These builds can be demo'd in world from the Velocity hangar at Acknefar.

The Velocity Breezy is based on the breezy RLU-1 a experimental light aircraft that made its debut at the EAA Fly-In at Rockford Illinois in 1965. It was a instant hit at the show. Equipped with a pair of Piper wings, a ten gallon fuel tank, and a empty weight of 698 pounds it was the top performer. Over the years thousands of plans for the breezy airplane were sold, and a equal amount of variants of the aircraft have emerged at various fly-ins around the world.
We at Velocity love the idea of the backyard built airplane, and this fits that mold perfectly. This plane recaptures the thrill of "seat of the pants" flying. Either by yourself or with two other friends. The Breezy has low scripts and land impact that should have you seeking out fun and scenic places around the grid to explore. We hope you enjoy this fun and light hearted aircraft as much as we do.

Drop by our headquarters at Fyrebird and demo this amazing machine!

Land Impact: 36

Thank you very much
