In 1907 Brazilian aviation pioneer Albero Santos-Dumont unveiled his Demoiselle, or Damselfly. Weighing in at only 300 pounds, it was compact, easy to build, and a great starting point for other budding aviators. In 1910 Popular Mechanics magazine published the plans for his latest model. So please enjoy our rendition of this early aircraft, that was also featured in the 1965 film "Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines".
Why L$599? We build airplanes for our own enjoyment but we LOVE to see others enjoying them too! So does it make sense to charge L$2000??? Not where we come from! Are they worth more? We think so. You be the judge!

Velocity Aeronautics produced fine aircraft in Second Life from 2008 to 2016. The legacy aircraft have been listed in the Marketplace to preserve some of these classic builds. The later builds can be demo'd in world. We hope you enjoy!
