The VendaBoard is a One Prim vendor, that shows the current contents as an composite array of images in a SideBar, and displays the currently selected item in the main panel.

This vendor is most suitable for a finite/fixed collection of items because, although the number of items can be changed, the composite image(s) must show all the items and in their proper order. Changing the contents means having to create new composite images.

** Allows all the items to be seen at once in the composite image(s)

** Preloads next few individual display images to help speed up rezzing of these.

** SideBar showing a composite image of the contents can be on either side, or even both sides.

** The array of detected positions in the SideBar can be varied, so you can tailor the vendor to the number of items.

** One of the panels in the composite image, or even a whole side, can be elected to be used as an InfoPanel for displaying information, shop logo, etc - and it will dispense a notecard if one is present in the vendor.

** Pays commission to one or more recipients if required.

** No notecards ... just drop the items and their corresponding images in the vendor, and it will automatically detect the items and ask for the prices.

** Batch pricing option for items with same prices.

PLAN the layout of your VendBoard

** know how many items it will contain
** decide whether you will use an InfoPanel or not
** consider what sort of grid will work best
** put the items in the vendaboard, and check in what order they appear

*** IMAGES YOU MUST CREATE ***

1. INDIVIDUAL DISPLAY IMAGE for each item

You, the owner, must create as usual an INDIVIDUAL DISPLAY IMAGE for each item, and put these in the vendor CONTENTS alongside the items for sale.

These images must appear in the SAME ORDER as their corresponding items.

(The next stage is made easier if all your individual display images are the same size.)

2. COMPOSITE IMAGE for each Sidebar used

You must put individual display images together to create a COMPOSITE IMAGE for each Sidebar used, and PLACE IT DIRECTLY ON THE SIDEBAR FACE yourself.

N.B. The positions of the items in each composite image must be in the SAME ORDER as the items in the vendor.
