[Vetron] Converted Modern Cabin

Welcome to your new home ;) This is a small, detailed, and realistically sized 100% mesh cabin. It is supplied in two versions, a copy/mod/no-transfer version with some furnishings and customization scripts, plus a full-perm version with just the structure itself to use in your own builds. Both versions are in this single package.

The idea behind this building is minimalism. It’s something that can cater to users who want something simple, functional and highly customizable. The entire build and furnishing is 18 Land Impact, but while it has been extensively optimized, it still manages to look great! Plus with over a 100 full materials texture options you will be hard pressed to find a comparable build with this many out-of-the-box options :)

The furnishing include a media center which includes web browser with buttons to take you to common websites easily and a clock (fully adjustable). This premium version also adds a radio stream display (displays artist and song name of whats playing on stream specified). There are also several photo frames which you can easily add your photos to via UUID from the menu interface (or DIY with mod perms) and a shelving unit to display any trinkets or collectibles you've accumulated.

Lighting consists of several small spot lights and can be activated manually or automatically based based on current sim time (i.e. turns on at night automatically and then off in the daytime). There are light switches on the front and back wall. This entire build takes advantage of normal and specular maps (materials), so advanced lighting is supported :) This product will receive lifetime updates for free via Caspervend.

NOTE: There are two versions to this product included in the same box, the copy-mod perms version is as displayed in the product images, with furnishings (scripts are no-mod). The Full Perm version does not include these furnishings or the scripts and is intended so you may develop your own product from it.

██► QUICK START
1. Rez the Vengrandis Cabin
Move the contents of your received product package to your inventory, depending on where you purchased this item you may be required to unpack the item first. Amongst these inventory items you should be presented with an object named “[Vetron] Vegrandis Cabin”. Rez a copy of it and move it into the position you want.

2. Open the menu
Type the command “menu” into nearby chat (or on channel 101 for privacy) to bring up the dialog menu that contains customization options and settings. Configure the building to your taste by playing with all the menu options.

3. Configure access for other residents
If you have friends or other residents who you wish to have access to operate functions then you will need to configure it by adding their names to the access list. This will, depending on the setting, give them control over the doors and lights, or the customization menu.Inside the inventory of the building is a notecard labeled “[Vetron] Access Config”, open it and look at the example written in the card “VetronUK Resident = 2”. On a new line write your full username and then following that an equals sign and then either the number 1 or 2. E.g. “John Smith = 1” or “Jane Resident = 2”. Setting a number 1 after the name will give that user control over the doors and light switches. A number 2 will allow then to in-addition, open the customization menu via the “menu” command.
