When you get vial's from Bloodlines they all come no transfer. Normally you have to rez each and every one of them on the floor and then pick them up again to remove the NO Trans. This rezzer is just a simple tool to make the task easier and quicker. Not just for rezing them to remove the no transfer but it is also an easy way for you to fill the vial and also edit the description of the vial for trading with friends. The vial rezzer rezzes one right after another, in the same spot. Instead of rezzing one item at a time on the ground from your inventory you can select multiple items and add all to contents and take them as fast as you want back into inventory. Items will come back into your inventory transferable. When each vial is taken it automatically rezzes another one in its place.
This rezzer can also be used to display and resale your extra vials just mark the vials for sale before putting into the rezzer with the name of the persons metrics listed clearly in the name of the object. Can only display one type of vial at a time.
