This cute winter themed house will look stunning on any snowey sim!
Ouside of the home are actual planks, not just a plank texture. It is finished off with blue colored wooden details.
Walls on the inside of the cabin are a light blue gradient and have cute snowflake details.
On the windows the winter theme is also present, a few semi-transparent snowflakes are on the window texture.
2 versions are included:
One version comes with the fireplace, and the other version has no fireplace.
Mesh house Chione comes with an optional snow roof ( 8 prims ).
UvMaps included but be aware that a few walls and/or objects share the same map.

Even the most simple can be great
Needed to place some homes into a corner section of my sim. Nothing eccentric but not generic ether and after shopping about I found this. And you can even see it at the vendor's place to see if it's what you need. Nice attractive design and very low LI. Very well done.
Awesome little house
It's a perfect little cabin, fits easily on 512m land. Only one little issue though, you can jump into the house through the roof. Your avatar will just go right through the roof.

The texturing is excellent as well as low prims and the price is affordable to almost everyone. Couldn't ask for a better cabin.
Amazingly Perfect!
Orig Review: Easily resizable, doesn't take up too much more LI when scaled up to fit larger sized AVs or make more usable space. Included re-texturing instructions are nice, too.
Only two minor downsides:
1.) Would have liked to have the fireplace be separate from the main build. No ability to edit linked parts and remove it as it's part of the full mesh. So wanted to use my own fireplace, or move it to a different spot.
2.) The door script has to be reset every time you move the house or resize it. A minor annoyance at best.
All in all, so very worth it for the price!
**Edit: A content creator that listens to their reviewers is very nice and very far between. Within a matter of days, a new version was delivered, with the suggested changes and it is just as amazing as before. **

Small house with lots of options
