Lovely little home, perfect for smaller plots and people who want to save up on Land Impact.
Inside this house you will find a living room with a white marble fire place.
A small hallway leads to 2 bedroom doors.
The bedroom door in the back is perfect for a kids room or a bathroom.
The bedroom in the front has 2 double door that open up, just like the living room, and has a cute loft as extra space.

If you wish to use a texture of your own you can! The home is mod so you can apply any of your own textures on any wall. Each wall and floor can be changed separately.
IMPORTANT: This is a prefab house, all original mesh created outside of Second Life and then imported. Prefabs are not recommended if you want to edit floors or walls because they are not made out of prims. The modifidy only applies to retexturing, not moving walls/objects.

Ideal home
One of the best homes I've found lately: only 26LI for a big house, truly spacious with big windows, not to mention the price!

I cannot believe it was priced so resonable. The house is a blast. I have edited some of the windows to stained glass, darkened the fireplace and wood flooring. It is so fun to play with and very spacious.

This is really nicely created. I will say I already have a wish list for this home. lol I'd love to see a back door off the big bedroom with the fireplace. I'd also like to see a front patio that extends the whole length of the home. It's an awesome house! Textured nicely the doors are lovely. It is really a home that is worth more then 99 lindens. Keep creating! If you make any changes I'd buy again. lol Thank you!
