This is a one-story Victorian house that will fit in a 1024 lot. It comes with a security pad to lock the doors and control the windows. The windows have three levels of opacity; clear, curtains and one way opaque -- you can still see outside. It has four rooms: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. A low prim kitchen is included and can be easily removed. Tap has running water, refrigerator doors open and close. Total prim count is 141, kitchen is 33 prims. House alone 108 prims. Prims are Mod/Copy/No Transfer, scripts are copy only.
