Victoria's rotating strobe sign 4 on/off and flashing

This is a display sign that comes in rotating white lights and colored.
It can have all lights on or off.
The sign has a menu for the lighting effects, click on one of the lights to get the menu up.
This display sign come as copy/mod with very good LOD.
lt can be resized and textures changed as you like.
I have put quite a few version in the folder so chose the one you like.
