Viking Set [Silver]

Viking twin brooches were used by viking women as clothes fasteners suspended from shouldes and worn as an ostentatious display of wealth.

The brooches were cast in bronze, and could be built up of two layers, gilded and decorated with silver plates, patterned in niello and twisted silver threads.
Decorative chains, rows of glass beads and pendants were often worn between the brooches. Tools like knives, keys, needle-cases, tweezers and ear scoops could be attached by chains or band to the brooches.

Each set comes in ancient silver and gold, weathered bronze and rust textures, to enhance its beauty.

This set is provided in Female size, and the brooches have two different attachment points to better fit any avatar. Resize scripted. The scripts can self-delete after resizing, if desired, to eliminate all lag.

Trident jewels and clothing are inspired by passion for medieval, ancient, ethnic and tribal jewelry and costumes.Each design combines creativity with careful research of museum replicas, archaeological findings and study of their historical symbolism.
