A sculpted statue, textured in old lichen-covered stone, this design has been inspired by traditional representations of the norse god Heimdall, combined with a more modern inspiration on the pose.

Heimdall, eternal guardian of the Bifrost bridge that connects Asgard to Midgaard, is represented as standing, fully clothed, in a horned gogglehelm and chain hauberk, a shield on his back, both hands resting on a viking sword's pommel and with the Gjallarhorn at his belt.

The statue comes in two sizes: 12.5 Mt tall, a large size reminiscent of the Argonath statues in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, and 7.5 Mt tall, more apt for village plazas, cliffs overlooking the sea or even a large northern hall.

Trident has been designing and creating medieval and ancient builds since 2007. The inspiration for our work comes from our passion for medieval reenactment and research of historic houses, ships, furniture, jewelry and clothing.

Trident builds are fully supported and continually updated to increase detail and reduce prim count making use of custom sculpts and texturing, and unique scripts and animations.
