Furniture is not linked with House. You can delete and place your own furniture if you want.
Animations with Menu inside the furniture. You can add your own animations to the menu. Only copy your animation in the object folder and adjust new animationposition.

Be careful when rezzing this, it was no-copy and the rezzer auto deleted itself. No response from support.
It looks really good and I'd probably give it a better reward if I could actually see it.
