You enter in a large open space where you may set your living room, dining table and a small kitchen. You walk in a second room where you may set your bedroom and through a door you may go in the bathroom. All green Windows may open and close. All doors open and close. The tent over the patio can be extended or retracted. Furniture NOT included. The house is full permission.
Land Impact is 53.
Footprint is actually 25 x 33 meters (the base), but can be easily reduced to 20 x 27.5
