During the 19th and early 20th centuries, many country houses in the Netherlands and Germany were built in a neoclassical style. So was Dutchie's Villa Utrecht, it's foundation was laid around 1850. Age and former owners brought many changes over the years, to both the exterior and interior, but the villa kept its beauty and grandeur. Its most remarkable feature is the facade with the large steps and many hatches facing the street side, the display of status and wealth to anyone passing by.
This is the PG-furnished villa. There is also a version with all adult furniture available, inworld at Dutchie.

ROOMS AND ANIMATIONS
Villa Utrecht has 4 floors and hides 19 different animations inside the steps and windows. The house is 99 percent mesh, with custom textures, baked shadows, and some materials. Mod and copy. The inner walls can be re-textured apart from the outside walls, but it would mean losing the baked shadows and light fall.
Downstairs: living room, dining room, library, kitchen, hallway, and conservatory.
Upstairs: master bedroom, guest bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, hallway. 3 times 8 animations in the deep windows on the front side.
Cellar with lockable room for keeping supplies.
Front steps with 4 times 10 animations.
Back steps with 1 animation.

THE HOUSE ITSELF
The unfurnished version has a land impact of 508 prims. It has a footprint of 27 by 27 meters. The Kool doors and windows can be set to owner, group, everyone, or a list of names, and can be upgraded for roleplay options.

The furnished house has a land impact of 1280 prims. It comes with all the furniture displayed, packed by room in 10 boxes. Buyers of the furnished version get a 20 percent discount on the house and furniture combined.
All furniture is available separately as well.

A house with many stories, a true piece of art
This house is alive, it's full of stories and harbours a mystery, it seems. Why is that? And where hides that mystery? In the details, the shadows? The materials? The wonderful and often humorous scripts? It is the whole total concept. This reminds me of magic-realist paintings by Karel Willink. What Froukje has done with this villa is truly phenomenal. I really do know how to furnish a house, but this house has to be bought with all the furniture and stories attached. Only then will it be a complete work of art. Needless to say, I am happy like a child with my dream house.
