These are full permission string lights. They come in a pack of 4 random colors, but of course, they are fully modifiable, so you can change the color, size and glow. You may also resell them in your creations.

Yes, just a texture, but:
I bought these after reading the first review. And yes, they are a texture on a prim and that should have been stated by the seller; but they served my purpose, which was simulating car tail and headlights on a distant highway, (by squashing, stretching, doubling and layering the single light strings,) for very little land impact, and for that reason, I am happy with them. That can't be done with prim lights without major land impact.

Would have been nice to have known they were textures only. To be honest if I knew they were only textures on a flat prim I would not have bought them.
