TROUBLESHOOTING:

The SL UV seam at the ankle causes the blurriness, if the SL UV was properly made it would be perfect there - but unfortunately BOM stockings like this can never be perfect unless they fix it. If you want a perfect ankle seam you are looking for mesh stockings. Please demo to see if this is ok with you.
