Violetility - Monmouth II Version 2

Monmouth II comes in a duo pack of light and dark versions! These new versions include updated mesh, all new textures, the addition of materials, and a big drop in land impact. The base model is 26 meters deep, 10 meters wide, 13 meters tall, and just 92Li.

Front windows allow good visibility into the building, and shelves under the windows are great for displays. The stairs are off to the side to use minimal space. The third level attic and balcony does not connect to the other two floors by a staircase so that it can act as a hideout, storage area, mini build platform, or secret room. These buildings are not modular! See it all in-world!
