Tired of looking at your neighbor's "stuff"?, here is a screen that will allow you "a parcel with a view" and yet be fully phantom so you (or your neighbors) can walk/fly through. It is transparent on the back side as well, so only you and your guests get to enjoy the scenery. It is a small price to pay for your seeing your SL world as you wish.
Now the technical stuff: The screen will change according to the light changes in SL ( Screen Metamorph (Sl Time) or RL (Screen Metamorph (Real Time) Cool, huh? This is achieved through 4 steps which coincide with SL/RL default time changes: Dawn/Day/Dusk/Night (Sunrise/Midday/Sunset/Midnight)
Eg.: When it becomes dark (Midnight) the scene on your screen becomes dark as well,; at sunrise, your scene will appear as if in warm nuanced morning light.
The screen can be stretched into the desired size. You may have to find a picture/texture that fits the new size. Or use a seamless texture and edit its' horizontal and/or vertical scale.
If you don't see the scene when is rezzed, cam around until facing the non-transparent side of it.
(If you desire to add a texture on the outside, just edit the screen metamorph, chose the "face" of the back side of the screen (the invisible side), and add a texture of your choice that fit, (I didn't try it but it should work), be aware though, that the back side texture will not metamorph).
Use the screen that works better for you - SL or RL times.
