The Petrol station
The Coakes family has all but died out. They say there's a distant cousin living up north, but nobody bothers to go look for him. Slowly, the old Coakes service station is falling apart. The pumps are still there but the nozzles have been stolen, and the rest of the inventory is so far gone nobody is even remotely interested in stealing that.
This Petrol station is available for you now in Second Life™! The base footprint of the build is 25 x 20 meters. I used a mega prim for that so keep that in mind if you consider buying it. Some estates do not allow the use of megaprims, but it is allowed/tolerated on mainland. Check the covenant of the land where you want to place this to see if its allowed. No refunds will be given for not reading this message.

Prim usage: between 31 and 80 prims when all decorations are rezzed
Script usage: no scripts are used.

The base Petrol station is the building, the floor, and the rest of the base structure. its 31 Prims
The Petrol pumps are mod/copy and take up 3 or 4 prims, depending on the hose being attached
The Goodyear tire rack is Copy and uses 10 prims
The Icebox is Copy and uses 3 prims
the champion spark plugs sign, and the motor tune up sign abe both just 1 prim and are copy
The Bucket is 2 prims, and copy
the motor oil cans are two prims and copy
The motor oil stand takes up 9 prims and is copy
the pallet with containers on it uses 6 prims and is copy
