Thank you for your interest in the Boilerroom Store.
This building, in various forms has functioned as my main store for over 6 months and has served its purpose well, It is the result of many, many days of tinkering, texturing and playing with prims.

This building is shipped in a rez-faux rezzer, so easy placement is guaranteed. Just Place the box on your land, point the arrow towards the direction you want the build to be rezzed, and click rezz. Note that the rezzbox is on the floor level and that the boiler will be rezzed underground. it is wise to create a hole in which the boiler will fit, and cover the sides with prims of your choosing.

Features:

Fully rezzed, you wil get 4 Linksets, together about 250 prims. 31 of those are for a high detail store sign, and 24 for the leaky boiler. The boiler is a decor item with atmospheric dripping sounds and some particle drips. these two linksets can be deleted to save on prims.
The main building has three scripted doors, with the option to set access to everyone, owner or a list of people. Read the included doors manual for all options.

To see the build in all its glory, make sure to check it out in the Virtual Decay showroom.

Also available, The Store. The same building, but without the boilerroom beneath it.

If you have any questions, feel free to send me an IM

Thanks

I'm not sure why anyone would rate this below 5 stars, personally I'd give it 6 stars if it were an option. This building is a great size, big, but not too cavernous with lots of nooks and crannies to explore, or for displaying your products. The windows look really cool, sort of dirty and smudged. The boilerroom is just the coolest, I love the creator's use of baked shadows too. It's not overly done, but just enough to add to the atmosphere. You really should see this in world before you decide, it's much cooler than the pictures. Plus, the smaller room that's off of the boiler room downstairs, makes a great storage/workshop room. Since the building is mod/copy, I just stretched the walls out a bit to make it larger and it makes a great hideout/workshop! Awesome build! I'm impressed as always!
