This public parking has seen better days. Rows and rows of shiny new cars were parked here years ago. But when the neighborhood fell into disrepair, so did this glorious building. Now, hobo's and drifters use it as a home, they demolished the little office and sometimes some locals do some drag-racing on the roof. So sad actually...

Attention: NO CARS are included in this package. They are just for display purposes!

This one of a kind large building has been painstakingly built and textured and has quite a lot of features:

30 x 60 Footprint
Just 215 Prims
Fully usable, drive up all the way to the top floor and enjoy a nice SL skyline view.
It comes in a rezz faux package, so setup is a matter of seconds. The build is modify and copy so you don't have to worry about sl glitches.
It has a Private Garage, public and owner only garage doors included.
To keep prim usage on an acceptable level I used a few 20 x 20 megaprims.
Atmospheric sound effects like wind and water-drips Included.
The Parking has an automatic updater built in and it will automatically check for updates. These updates are free.
All objects found in the parking you will find as individual item in the box so you can decide how much detail you want to set out.
